Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces but will be happy to offer assistance for size related concerns.
  • Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange/refund/return.
  • Items purchased during sales/exhibitions/discounted pricing are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If the delivered product is different from the item confirmed at the time of placing the order or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we will initiate a replacement.
  • To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:
  1. By telephone at +91 8882854790 (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST)
  2. By email at tilbyav@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image/videos of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
  • Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in along with the original packaging intact. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
  • Upon receipt of the product at our studio, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
  • Our credit notes can be used on our website.

All our pieces are available in standard sizing. Please see the size chart attached below for the best fit.

For alterations, connect with us over WhatsApp or email within 10 days from date of delivery. You will, however, need to send us the piece and bear the courier charges for the same.

Please note that we do not offer exchange or return on customized fits. Alterations will be made within 10 days after delivery.

Please note that colors may vary from as shown on the website due to studio lighting conditions.

  • In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
  • The credit note will be valid for two (2) months from the date of issue.
